I am a full time professional Real Estate Agent. Available 7 days a week and helped over 800 buyers find there home to own. I am educated in the legal aspects of real estate practice, and I am licensed by the State of Nevada to provide real estate services. A large part of my work is performed behind the scenes previewing homes, researching comparable sales, gaining market knowledge, evaluating changing legislation, and maintaining my professional credentials. For every hour I spend listing or showing homes, I will have spent up to ten hours in preparation. I am constantly acquiring information that will help me to better serve you.

I will invest substantial time and effort in locating and touring homes with my buyers. And I will represent each with unequaled integrity throughout the sale or purchase of the home. In return, I only ask my buyer’s for their loyalty. That is, a commitment that you will work with me, exclusively, in the selecting and purchasing of your home.

If you see ANY home that interests you, don’t hesitate to ask me about it. Whether it is advertised by a yard sign, on the internet, or even if it is a for sale by owner home. If you are looking into a newly built home I can be of service as well by accompanying you and looking out for your interests when talking to the builder’s sales agents.

As a proud veteran of the United States Navy it is always my pleasure to help fellow veteran’s find their dream homes. I am well versed with the processes and requirements of the VA loan program. I have a network of lenders, inspectors and tradesmen whom I trust and can be invaluable resources in the home buying process.
