Steve was wonderful!  He helped us sell Nancy’s home then got us into our new home.  Both sales were smooth as silk!  We were able, through Steve’s efforts, to get a record high price for our home.  Steve is very detail oriented and so is his assistant, Rob.  We were also very impressed with the negotiations Steve performed on our purchase and we got a great deal on that purchase.

Steve helped us on two properties at the same time – a sale and a purchase. When selling our existing home, he helped us pick a realistic sale price and got that price in only a couple of months. Then we needed a new home – Steve asked a lot of questions and did a lot of research to find the  perfect house for our family in a neighborhood that we love.
